Here at our Sip and Dip we offer FUN art not FINE art, enjoy a guided learn-to-paint class!

Come join us in a perfect beginner art class as our host walks you through the process step by step as you learn to create this wonderful whimsical alcohol ink functional piece 'Mushroom Lamp'. Our classes are designed with fun in mind, we are focused on a night out to relax.

We provide everything you need in the ticket price to create your masterpiece at this class.

MEAL FEE : $25 (Payable on arrival at the venue on the day)

Included in the price of this ticket is:

- Lunch from the Sip 'n' Dip Menu (please contact the venue with dietary questions or menu questions)

- A Glass of wine or soft drink

- A super easy step-by-step Ink class run by your fabulous teacher

- All the equipment and materials you will need for a fantastic night out

- 1 x Alcohol Ink Mushroom Lamp (includes battery-operated light) 20cm tall x 20cm wide lamp shade

$17.50 - Remote Control Rainbow LED light (battery-powered  LED)

$15.00 - Dried Flower Keepsakes for the center of your lamp!

$8.50 - Ticket Protection (read below) covers you in the event you can not attend your class

About the lamp

This project is a clever hack, which results in a beautifully curated one-of-a-kind lamp with removable shade and battery-operated light. To turn your lamp on and off you remove the shade and replace it. The lamp is LED and remains cool in use, but is made of glass and must be kept out of reach of children. the lampshade is 20cm wide, and the lampshade base is 20cm tall. Common uses for this lamp are to store keepsakes in the base to display in your home. Guests can opt to purchase a remote-controlled light fitting (so that you do not need to remove the lamp shade to turn it on and off) which includes a range of colours that you can set as desired for an additional fee. Hows it works?

On arrival, check in with the Sip 'n' Dip Staff member on site, who will show you where your class is located. Then head to the bar to pay your $25 and order your meal. Once everyone has eaten (approximately 30-40 Minutes into the event) your art teacher will commence your class. While other guests eat your teacher will also help you collect the kit before class starting time.

Hows the ticketing work?

You will pay a deposit to hold your spot and finalize your payment on arrival at the venue at $25 a head which will cover your meal and drink - full bar available on-site if you wish to purchase further drinks.

PREMIUM TICKETS VS STANDARD TICKETS - What is ticket protection?

You may notice there are two tickets on offer at two prices. The more expensive ticket has a fee that is built into it making it a 'Premium Ticket' which allows you to transfer your deposit paid into a credit for use at a later time, provided you email a request to support@sipndip.com.au before the class starts.

Traveling with your work

You won't have any issues traveling with your work. We recommend an old towel to put under it so no paint makes its way onto places you prefer it didn't.

Parking

There is parking available on-site at no cost to you.

What to wear to class?

You will be working with art supplies, they will 100% ruin your clothing. Please dress appropriately or BYO apron. 

Can I pre-order a meal?

No. There is a minimum spend of $25 as part of your ticket,  you can choose anything on the Sip 'n' Dip menu. If you have any dietary requirements, please get in touch with the venue. 

What happens if I can't make it?

You can find the terms and conditions here. For this class, you will lose your deposit if you cancel within 7 days.

What size is this class

Onsite on the day, there could be 60 people across various classes onsite.

Tickets

  • Deposit only - $25 due at eve

    Please choose the number of options you would like in addition to your ticket. All tickets are a deposit - $25 is due on arrival at the venue and will cover your meal and drink. This fee is payable even if you choose not to eat. All attendees must have a ticket (each) to be admitted. Your deposit is payable to book (with any add ons) and your final payment is due on arrival at the venue.
